A Fusion of Cultures & Flavors
Carribbesoul Catering is a catering company offering a variety of southern and Caribbean flavors. We are a family owned and operated business. We are dedicated to serving meals that are prepared with the freshest of ingredients. This journey started when I was 10 years old in Miami Fl. My mother called me into the kitchen, and she told me to help her with meals. As I got older my stepfather from Pinola Mississippi showed me how to grill, barbecue and smoke various meats. In my adulthood I ventured on different career paths, however I decided to start culinary school following my true passion. Back in 2005 I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Miami Fl. I obtained my associate of science in culinary arts. I got married to my wife who is from the Virgin Islands. We had family events, and I prepared my American dishes, and she prepared her island dishes. We then discovered that cooking together was rewarding and people's choice. That's when Carribbesoul was born.
